loch sunart, fort wully, pulleys paternosters and wire snoods, gripper leads inland sea loch, species are spurry, thornie, duggie and skate and others

loch long arrochar, rigs for here are heavy wire traces 100 lbs for conger and light wire for everything else, mono can be used inland sea loch, species are conga, cod, pollock, duggie and others

loch fyne inverary, rigs are same as etive, grippers pulleys and paternosters, also flicker and attractor rigs inland sea loch, species are duggie thornie whiting haddock, cod, conga and others

loch etive oban, rigs are pulley,s and paternosters, with wire trace snoods, 6 oz weights and gripper leads arealso used as the inland sea loch, species are spurry, thornie, duggie, whiting, conga, haddock and others,

paternoster rig got to be 1 of the most popular rigs their is beech and boat, can be made to capture anything, also can be used with 1,2 or 3 snoods

pulley rig heavy rigs good for thornies spurries conga when wire trace added mainline at least 60lbs heavy swivels, pulley rig lifts lead off bottom when retrieved with fish on, "dont be hasty though"

baits


clams good meaty looking baits, if u can get um, a can crackers,"secret though" jedi secret....!

mussels underrated as a bait, gives same scent as peelers, so can be added to plump up peelers, try with gulp peeler and mussel cocktail, better when theyve been frozen

luggies

ragworms

herring stays on betta than makro,good sea bait

sandeel good for alsorts and thornies love um, stick with ammo make,

squid great bait cocktailed or on own, cheap versatile sea bait, bought in boxes, also party squid which are smaller

makro we use makro awe the time, cheap and always catches,can be used whole or filleted or as a tipper, makro fillets cut in half fur spurs,"big bait big fish"

attractants


motor oil dip baits in it leaves a lovely slick, attracts predators, not for the eco warriors,

wd 40 spray fish, predators love this,
